The Master is Honoured
As we all in the Lightmongers Company want to congratulate our Master Mr Rodney Bennion for receiving his OBE. He is our first Master Lightmonger to actually receive this honour whilst being in office as Master. We are delighted to actually have the photo of him being presented with the award yesterday 19th May 2015 at Windsor Castle.
City Livery Regatta 2015
On Saturday 16th May the City Livery Yacht Club had their Cowes Regatta and the Lightmongers team was a crew of seven sailing in 'The Lightmonger' included Past Masters Bill Wright and Mike Lippold. Visit to Bentley Priory
Wednesday 6th May 2015 30 Lightmongers visited Bentley Priory in Stanmore which has recently been refurbished and now houses an exhibition dedicated to fighter pilots of World War 2. Lightmongers Charity Golf Day 2015
Once again the weather was good for our Charity Golf Day and it was one of our most successful golf days ever. It had great support with 23 teams (92 golfers) and another 12 guests for the evening dinner and prize giving.
