We held our annual Carol service on the 6th of December in our Company Church, St Botolph’s without Aldgate. The Lord Mayor of London shows himself to the City of London in this, one of the best, parades in the world. The Lightmongers light up and visit our new affiliate, the aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth As part of our affiliation with HMS Illustrious we donated two light projectors, which could be used to project slide images onto the superstructure of the ship. One of the highlights of the Masters year is attending the send-off for the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Driver’s annual Children’s Magical Taxi Tour, taking sick and terminally ill children to Disneyland Paris.
