The Lightmongers visit HMS Queen Elizabeth

On August 23rd a group of 30 Lightmongers had the great privilege to be welcomed aboard HMS Queen Elizabeth, the Royal Navy’s latest aircraft carrier. Margaret Price 1931 – 2019

A memorial service and reception to celebrate the life of Margaret Price, wife of Liveryman Bill Price MBE, was held on 27 July at Christ Church, Bexleyheath. The Master at the Illuminated River Lighting Up Ceremony

The Master, Stephen Thomas, attended the formal ceremony of the lighting up of the first four bridges of the Illuminated River project. Once complete, this will be the longest public art commission in the world at 2.5 miles in length and re-light 15 of the Thames bridges, from Albert to Tower Bridge. Lightmongers team in the Lighting Industry Sailing Regatta

The Lighting Industry Sailing Regatta, organized by the LIA, took place on 6th June, based at Portsmouth, with a competitive team of Lightmongers taking part.
