At it’s May Court meeting it was great to see four of our Freemen, Paul Coggins of Trilux Group, Bart Gesner of Armadillo Lighting, Anthony Greig of Legrand Electric, and Charlie Lacey of Stearn Electric progress to full membership of the Company by being installed as Liverymen.
Becoming a Liveryman of the Company is the final step to full membership of the Lightmongers and the Company encourages all Freemen to make that step. Once you are a Liveryman you can become more actively involved in the Company e.g. through participating in Committees. Liverymen are also eligible to vote in the annual elections for the Lord Mayor and Sheriffs of London.
The Court meeting also welcomed Jeff Shaw, of Ove Arup, as a new Freeman of the Company and we look forward to him becoming a Liveryman in due course.
The Master, Steve Thomas, congratulated all our new Liverymen and our new Freeman and presented them with their Certificates.
